He is survived by: his wife Lois Oglesby; his children, Karen King, Lori Raleigh, Charles Ray Oglesby, Jr. and Katherine Kilgore; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Bartlett, Glenna Kemp and Frances Lowe; and his sisters, Linda Rowland, Nancy Shaffer, Faye Strickland and Patricia Holmes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
