It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Ragland Sr. (Springfield, Georgia), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ragland and Margaret Ragland; his former wife Rhonda Ragland; and his brothers, Sonny Floyd and James Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Ragland; his children, Carl "Buggs" Ragland, Jr. (Renee) and Rebecca Anderson of Pooler; his sisters, Cathy Burnett of Tennessee and Ann Smith of Louisiana; his grandchildren, Damien Ragland of Rincon, Ian Anderson of Rincon, Aiden Anderson of Rincon, Ava Anderson of Rincon and Alexie Ragland; his sibling Peyton Carroll of Vidalia; and his close friends, Jimbop Roberson and Mickey Hewitt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many many friends.
