He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neal Wells and Geneva Yarbrough Wells. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rachels Wells; his children, Travis Wayne Wells (Angela) of Milledgeville and Traci Wells Brennan (Jason) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Timothy Wayne Wells, Cade Tyler Wells, Josie Grace Wells, O'Hara Baker Brennan, Haven O'Neal Brennan and Hollis Rachel Brennan; and his sister Peggy Veazey of Sparta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
