Sid Richards Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021, at the age of 83, Sid Richards of Sparta, Georgia, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Richards and Dorothy Richards; his daughter Brigitte Richards Kauffman; his son-in-law Chris Bartholomew; and his siblings, Carol, Harry and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Sidney K. Richards of Sparta, GA; his children, James K. Sager of Flowery Branch, GA and Christina S. Bartholomew of Beaufort, SC; his sister Patricia Richards Steinmiller of Lambertville, MI; and his grandchildren, Sidney K. Sager, James P. Sager, Samantha L. Sager and Kaylee M. Bartholomew.
Due to covid restrictions there will not be a funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Lake Sinclair Fire Department in Sid's name at 4029 Lake Sinclair Drive, Sparta, GA 31087.
