He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harley and Beryl Hightower Harley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Jones Harley of Soperton, GA; his children, James Robert Harley Jr. (Barbara) of Apollo Beach, FL and Allison Rose Harley of Brunswick, GA; his sister Karen Harley Brooks of Atlanta, GA; his sister-in-law Shirley J. Sumner of Soperton, GA; his grandchildren, James Mitchell Harley (Brittney) of Riverview, FL and Allison Marie Harley Barron (Mike) of Orlando, FL; and his great grandchildren, Blake Noelle Harley, Halstyn Marie Harley, Grace Marie Barron and Hawk Jones Barron.
