She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Bailey and Virginia L. Bailey; and her brother Robert "Bob" Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Alan Richard Sosebee; her daughters, Amy Renee Sosebee and Kelly Sosebee Grubbs; and her granddaughter Shelbi Grubbs Jenkins (Patrick Ryan Jenkins).
