She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvin Flowers and Lilly Moore Flowers; and her siblings, Wilbur Flowers, Homer Flowers and Helen Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Atkinson (Debbie) of Columbus, Sylvia Cavender (Ray) of California and Cathy Walker (Jimmy) of Sparks; her grandchildren, Kimberly Cavender, Ray, Christine Anguiano, Martin, Whitney Milsap, Caleb Atkinson, Mitch Walker, Scott, Jessica Walker, Ashley Walker (Michael) and Holly Southerland; her sisters, Becky Rewis (Vona) of Adel and Barbara McMillian (Jim) of Nashville; and also Kathy Gilbert. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
