She is survived by: her husband James Ensley of Sparks; her son Clay Ensley of St. Mary; her grandchildren, Brandi, Lee Cain of Adel and Dalton Ensley of St. Mary; her great grandchildren, Bella and Bailey Cain of Adel; her brother Tommy; and her sister-in-law Diane Crosby of Adel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
