He was predeceased by: his son Henry Clayton Poole; and his brothers, Cecil, Luther, Clyde and Wilburn Poole.
He is survived by: his son Hattie Holton; his wife Mary Jo Holton Poole; his nieces, Suzanne Hutchinson of Adrian, GA, Sherry Mathis and Dublin; and his children, Attn, Office of Development, Rocky Point Dr and Tampa. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
