He was predeceased by: his parent Lemon McClendon; his significant other Flora B McClendon; his mother Eula McClendon; and his brothers, Woody McClendon, Leon McClendon, Donnie McClendon, Andre McClendon, Modie McClendon and Berry A. McClendon.
He is survived by: his son Lewis McClendon; his grandchildren, Nakya Marshall (Cory Marshall), Sherres Heyward, Keishonda McClendon-Mc Neill (Jason Mc Neill), Leslie McClendon, Taylar McClendon and Lewis McClendon Jr. Willie; and his sister Ida Mae Walton. He is also survived by great grandchildren, a host of in laws, nieces, cousins, & friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt Olive Missionary Baptist Church (72 Mount Olive Way, Soperton, GA 30457). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
