He is survived by: his son William Randall "Randy" Nobles Jr. (Melissa) of Vidalia, GA; his sister Linda Quigley (Mark) of Vidalia, GA; his former wife Martha Ann Hopkins Nobles of Cairo, GA; his nephew Brett Quigley; and also, Denise Pournelle (John) of Soperton, GA, Larry Calhoun of Swainsboro, GA and Debbie C. Ware of Swainsboro, GA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
