He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Stephens and Lillian Thompson Stephens Sapp; and his stepfather Jay Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Connie Stephens of Soperton; his children, Mary Allison Osborne (Todd) of Hattiesburg, MS, Christopher Sawyer of Soperton, GA, Sarah Hawk (Adam) of Cheyenne, WY, Nicole Cammack (Josh) of Soperton, GA and Natalie Hooks (Adam) of Highlands Ranch, CO; and his grandchildren, Devin Hawk, Colton Hawk, Brooklyn Hawk and Boone Cammack.
