She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Lawrence and Thelma Norris Lawrence; and her siblings, Roscoe "Jabo" Lawrence Jr., James Lawrence and Linda Lawrence.

She is survived by: her husband Jackie McCumbers of Soperton, GA; and her brother Ronnie Lawrence of Lyons, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
