He is survived by: his wife Jackie Moxley; his mother Betty Lou Dorsey Moxley of Soperton, GA; and his siblings, Wayne Moxley (Jacquelyn), Ann Gillis of Soperton, GA and Denise Moxley of Soperton, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
