It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Pickett (Soperton, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Pickett and Robbie Elizabeth Watson Pickett; and his siblings, Sylvia Pickett, Myrna Pickett and Golden Pickett Jr. Reverend Pickett.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Hester Mosley Pickett; his children, Timothy Earl Pickett (Carol Salter) of Adrian, GA, Paul Robert Pickett (Daneta) of Gastonia, NC, Blandon W. Moseley (Kathy) of East Dublin, GA and Kenneth A; and his sister Joyce Hofer (Greg) of Newnan, GA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made in his memory to the Christian Family Center, 21 Outreach Lane, Soperton, GA 30457.
