He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Meeks of Washington and Flossie Bussell Meeks; his sister Barbara Ann Meeks; and his daughter Lynn Hall. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Starley Meeks; and his daughter Becky Browning (Delmas). He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
