He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Powell Brewton of Soperton; his children, Susannah Robison (Weston Robison) of Vidalia and John Christopher Brewton of St. Simons Island; his granddaughter Lillie Claire Robison of Vidalia; his parents, John Carrol Brewton, Sr. and Maridean Bland Brewton of Jesup; his mother-in-law Lillie Odom Powell of Soperton; his siblings, Rosemary Brewton Jones (Mike) of Metter, Glenn Brewton (Chris) of Screven and Clay Brewton (Angie) of Screven; and his uncle Joe Brewton of Glennville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
