He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clarence "W. C." and Katie Pearl Durden Sellers; his grandmother Mattie Durden; his son Jason Lyles Sellers; and his siblings, Earl Sellers, Robert "Skeeter" Sellers, Danny "Redbone" Sellers, John Henry "Babe" Sellers, Eloise Windguard, Annette Hester, Martha Willhite and Linda Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, April Nichole Slater (Mark) and Donna Sue Whitaker (Brian); his stepchildren, Amber Poole of Soperton, GA and Adam Poole; his sisters, Dorthy Sumner of Soperton, GA, Susie Graham of Soperton, GA, Betty Thigpen (James) of Soperton, GA and Rosie Durden of Soperton, GA; his granddaughters, Chelsea Poole, Hannah Wheeler and Makenna Slater; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Poole, Preslyn Poole and Madilyn Poole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
