He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grable and Georgia Mae Snell Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harrell Stephens of Soperton, GA; his daughters, Phaedra McLendon (Bart) and Desha LeDuc (Michael); his mother-in-law Evelyn Moore Harrell of Soperton, GA; his grandchildren, Kaeli Sherman (Trenton), Kathleen LeDuc, Budapest, Hungary, Samantha LeDuc of Knoxville, TN, Will Garner of Atlanta, GA and Claire Luke of Cumming, GA; his nieces and nephews, Janica Peavey (Jordan), Jarrett Walden (Erin) and Dustin Mimbs (Jamie); and his cousins, Linda Collins of Statesboro, GA, Stephen Hall of Marietta, GA, Charles Stephens of Longwood, FL and Regis Sammons.
