She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Eugene Johnson and Mildred Phillips Johnson; her siblings, Ann Willis of Soperton and John Johnson of Adrian; and her pet Flossie.
She is survived by: her close friend John Sammons of Soperton, GA; her children, Melinda Poole (Andy) of Scott, GA, Lisa Hutchinson of Cleveland, OK and Jason Fleming (April) of Dublin, GA; her brother Donnie Palmer of Vidalia, GA; and her sister-in-law Charlie Mae Johnson of Adrian, GA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren eight great grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews.
