He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lee Norris Sr. and Katie Mae Scott Norris; and his siblings, Tiny Lou Norris, Johnnie Faye Norris Morris and Virgil Lee Norris Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Holton Norris of Soperton, GA; his children, Eddie Duane Norris (Veronica) and Debbie Norris of Soperton, GA; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan Norris, Chris Rowland, Heather Braddy (Garrett) and Markie McDaniel (Dakota). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
