He is survived by: his wife Shirley R. Pendley; his daughter Stephanie Pendley of Loganville; his siblings, Peggy Puryear of Sautee, Angela, Chris Rothoff of Loganville, Mike and Anne Pendley of Dawsonville; and his pet Daisy Mae. He is also survived by Numerous other Nieces and Nephews.
