It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oleta Sheats Mitchell of Social Circle, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Samuel Mitchell; her daughter Marie Mitchell Hawley; her parents, Theresa Sheats and Sam Sheats; and her sisters, Caroline Sheats and Delores Forrester.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Mitchell (Debbie) of Social Circle and Sandra Parillo (Robert) of Social Circle. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; multiple nieces, nephews and friends.
