With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julienne Poulichet Hannak of Social Circle, Georgia, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on September 9, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Etienne "Paul" Poulichet and Josephine Guelaff Poulichet Miller. She is survived by: her husband Fred A. Hannak; her daughter Kimberley Hannak Donaldson; her son-in-law Richard E. Donaldson; her granddaughter Julienne Donaldson of Social Circle, GA.; and her siblings-in-law, Paul and Anne Hannak of Fort Worth, TX.
When Julienne received her Covid vaccination, she proudly shared that she had been among the first to administer the Polio vaccine in San Francisco in 1955.
