He is survived by: his wife Lois "Sammy" Treadway; his siblings, John Treadway (Linda), Doug Treadway (Patty), Willa Dean Osborne (George) and Phyllis Ann Bennett (Tommy); his nephews, Travis Shelton (Jennifer), Ed Shelton (Karen), Steve Treadway, Aaron Bennett (Teri), Andy Bennett and Trent Treadway; and his niece Mikayla Rice (Logan). He is also survived by several great nephews. and nieces.
