He is survived by: his wife Mimi McCart of Wharton, TX; his daughter Cindy Rice (Neal) of Snellville, GA; his stepson Guy Shelton; his grandchildren, Brooke Domel (Jody) of East Bernart, TX and Austin Shelton of El Campo, TX; his great grandchildren, Ty Jake Domel and Reagin Domel; and his brother Roger McCart (Ela) of Monroe.
