He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ellen Milligan; his son William Ray Milligan III of Suwanee; his daughter-in-law Dono Kabilova of Suwanee; his father Robert Lattimer of Rome; his grandchildren, Jasmine Milligan of Suwanee, Kyna Milligan of Suwanee and Serenity Grace Milligan of Suwanee; his sister Kathi; his brother-in-law Jim Huffman; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Debbie Lattimer; and his brother Ken Monro. He is also survived by 15 nieces & nephews and several great nieces.
