He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Cook and Steve Cook; his siblings, Joshua (Jesi), Hunter (Jessica), Savannah, Cole (Sarah) and Drake; and his nieces and nephews, Nolan, Jayci, Jaxon, Adaline, Jolene, Holland, Charlie and Scarlett.
