It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Spangler (Snellville, Georgia), who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Spangler "Papa Dick"; her parents, Herman Ragland and Nellie Ragland; her daughter Cheryl Lynn Robins; her siblings, Coritha and Mack; and her grandchildren, Michael and Haley Robins.
She is survived by: her pet Lovebug; her son Chris Robins (Lisa Edwards); her grandchildren, Kevin and Jessica; her daughter Donna Lopez (Ernie); her grandchildren, Dustin Bryson (Kim, family: Colin, Blake, Makayla) and Daniele Bryson; and her great grandchildren, Kaci and Noah.
