She is survived by: her husband Emmett "Bobby" Smith; her nieces and nephews, Paul McDonald, Harold Roach, Chris Carroll, Patricia Roach, Susan Easler and Heather Carroll; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Carroll and Sonny Carroll; her great-nephews, Alex Roach, Nolan Carroll and Ethan Carroll; her great-niece Danielle Roach; and also Roman Roach.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Memory Cemetery (2284 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032).
