She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Comer Brown; her parents, Ruby M. Lanier and Griffin Lanier; her siblings, Griffin Lanier, Betty Sue Bushnell and Mary Dean Aguirre; and her grandson Grady Jack Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki H. Phillips, Jack Dennis Holcomb, Brenda Dale Morris and Becky Ann Smith (Cecil Robert); her grandchildren, Thomas Shane Phillips (Sherrie), James Holcomb, Angie Holmes, Clint Walker, Walker Morris (Patti) and Lindsay Smith; her great grandchildren, Robert Brandon McGill, Cash Walker, Kristen Leeann Phillips, Madison Morris, Maci Morris, Sierra Longshore, Meilee Holcomb and Ian Holcomb; and her great great grandchild Kellan McGill. She is also survived by brothers, her maternal grandfather and his brothers.
