She is survived by : her husband James Douglas Bennett; her son Michael Bennett (Carrie); her granddaughter Ashley Devore (AJ); her great grandchild Addison Devore; her goddaughter Haley Rochester; her siblings, Dorothy Foster and Eddie Rochester; her niece Pam Munda; and her great-nephews, Lee Rochester (Ariana) and Matt Harp.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
