He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Propes and Frances Propes (Hemrick). He is survived by: his wife Betty Elizabeth Propes; his sons, Tim Propes and Mark Propes; his brother David; his sister-in-law Denise Propes; his sister Betty Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Nance and Frances Moon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
