He was predeceased by: his father Larry W. Meadows, Sr.; and his brother James Lee Meadows. He is survived by: his fiancée Heather Phillips; his mother Mary Lou Meadows (Dutton); his brothers, Wayne (Sharon Meadows) and Glen (Trish Meadows); and his godchildren, Robert Allen King and Cheyenne King. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
