With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lance Perry Marthaler of Snellville, Georgia, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chester Marthaler and Lois Dona Perry Marthaler; his daughter Heather Lynn Marthaler; and his brother David William Marthaler. He is survived by: his wife Janice Skinner Marthaler (Jann); his son Adam William Marthaler (Jerika Paige) of Hixson, TN; his granddaughters, Ella Faith Marthaler and Emily Grace Marthaler; his sisters, Holly Lanette Clark (Lawrence Dryden Clark) of Midland, MI and Valerie Thayer Marthaler (late James Litwin) of Clarkston, MI; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Kay Johnson Marthaler (late David Marthaler) of Clifford, MI and David Ray Skinner (Karen Knox Skinner) of Snellville, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
