He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra Nicole O'Brien of Fort Wayne, IN; and his brothers, Neil O'Brien of Memphis, TN, Ron O'Brien (Hope) of Martha's Vineyard, MA, Russ O'Brien (Pat) of Merrimack, NH and Kevin O'Brien of Lanesborough, MA. He is also survived by three nephew's and two nieces.
