He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan G. Rice, Jr. and Alice Mae Wooddall Rice. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay; his son Daniel Rice (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Evan and Bella; his stepsons, Charlie Alessi and Michael Alessi (Megan); and his stepgrandson Jack.
