He was predeceased by: his parents, Chantal Mayer and John Richard Mayer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mayer; his sisters, Chantal Mayer of Leesburg, Sally Aveles and Janet Mayer of Astatula; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Ty, Leighanna Caldwell, Caleb, Jacob Wickers, Jase, Copelyn Mayer and Ryker Slape. He is also survived by his children and their spouses.
