He is survived by: his wife Kelly McAloon; his daughter Michelle Huggins; his son-in-law Randy Huggins; his grandson Graham Huggins; and his cousins, Audrey Rabecs, Ed Neville, Jim Neville, Martin Dwyer, Robert E. Dwyer (Massachusetts), Loretta Dwyer (Massachusetts), Bernadette Gnudi, Bernanrd Kiesnoski, Marita Howell (Calib), Evelyn Fontanella, Anne Kayes, Marlene Evanko and Mary Kay Maldonato of Scranton, PA.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church (3200 Pate Brook Rd, Snellville, GA 30078).

Often times John would stop by my office to keep me abreast of local news and he was a welcoming relief from the daily tussles of work. Journey peacefully my friend with the saints and angels as you are escorted to heaven. Job well done!”
