He is survived by: his wife Suzanna Bramblett Shottenkirk; his sons, Kaleb Jeffrey, Christian Scott and Cullen Major Shottenkirk; his fathers, Anthony Shottenkirk and Bobby Bramblett; his siblings, Carrie, Brian Shottenkirk and Rebecca Bramblett; and his nieces, Miranda, Madelyn Shottenkirk and Madison Bramblett.
