Though Helen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Viar; her sons, Joe and Tom Viar; her parents, Alvin McGowan and Ruby McGowan; and her sisters, Kitty Shiflett and Maxine Gregory.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Viar, Ruby Wilkerson and Patty Davis. She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tom M. Wages Funeral Service - Snellville (3705 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 9:25 PM at the Eternal Hills Memory Gardens (3700 US-78, Snellville, GA 30039).
