He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Charity Smallwood; and his parents, Rev. Robert C. Smallwood and Helen Smallwood (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smallwood (Jones); his sons, Steven (Karri Smallwood) and Matthew (Christine Smallwood); his grandchildren, Timothy, Payton, Tiffany, Thomas, Noah, Nate, Savannah, Anna and Aaron; his siblings, Jan Britt and Chris Smallwood; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Jones and Ronnie Jones. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
