It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Waters of Snellville, Georgia, who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Waters and Annette Irwin Waters; and her brother Michael Waters. She is survived by: her son Charles Paul; her grandson William Paul; and her sisters, Deborah Payer and Susan Redd. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
