He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Wolthoff Sr. and Margaret Hansen Wolthoff; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Steinel, Robert Todd Moore Sr. and G. Thomas Moore Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Betty" Wolthoff; his sons, Fred (Leona) and Matthew (Heidi); his grandchildren, Jonah, Joshua and Katelynn; his sister Joan Steinel of Demarest; his nieces, Susan Groff (Hershey) and Nancy Gambutti (Pat); and his nephew Walter Steinel (Cara).
