He was predeceased by: his brother Wade. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Cook and Steve Cook; his siblings, Joshua (Jesi), Savannah and Cole (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Nolan, Jayci, Jaxon, Adaline, Jolene, Holland, Charlie and Scarlett; and his brother Hunter Cook (Jessica).
