It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Harley Bowers (Snellville, Georgia), born in Albany, Georgia, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Matthews Bowers and Walter Harley Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Deirdre Broadfoot Bowers; his children, Lindsey McCoy (Eric) and Evan Bowers; his siblings, Jack Bowers (Sharon) and Martha Clare Crigger (Jeff); his granddaughters, Miller and Cora McCoy; and his close friend Gary Mendelson (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Cliff to Westminster Presbyterian Church or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
