He is survived by: his children, Joan Palacios of New York, Marvelyn Finlayson of Lithonia, GA, Shauna Braide of Snellville, GA, Dennise Finlayson of Lithonia, GA, Asley Finlayson and Nicolette Finlayson of Jamaica. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, four brothers, and two sisters.
