He is survived by: his wife Doris Kennedy Tarver of Snellville, GA; his children, Bill Tarver, Jr. of Lago Vista, TX, Timothy Tarver (Veronica) of Austin, TX, Charmaine Tarver of Canton, GA and Dewayne Thompson (Melissa) of Flowery Branch, GA; his sister Jan Nourollahi (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Rachel King (Aubrey) of Lawrenceville, GA, Emily Queen (Jack) of Buford, GA, Dora Johnson (Larry) of Suwanee, GA and Roger Early of Suwanee, GA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
