“Sending sympathy to friends and family of Ray Wagner who was instrumental in making our landscaping the beautiful sight it is today. Every spring my family thinks of Ray as we enjoy the gorgeous azaleas he planted. I regret that our message is belated, but until covid, we talked to Ray annually and thanked him for his handiwork. We know he had many talents as an athletic director as well, and we were honored to know him after he retired from DeKalb Public Schools.”
