He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence L. Connolly and Azalene Johnson Connolly; his brother Jim Connolly; and his brother-in-law Thomas W. Briscoe, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Jon Connolly (Rachel) of New York, NY and Jason T. Connolly (Jill) of Watkinsville, GA; and his grandchildren, Eleanor, Eliza Connolly, Noah and Henry Connolly.
